When do you ship? All products on our site are in stock and ship with 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipment notice in your email.

Where do you ship? We ship worldwide.

How do you ship? We ship using multiple methods; you will choose your shipping method during checkout.

What payments methods do you accept? We accept Paypal and all major US issued credit cards. International orders must use Paypal. You will be charged at shipment for your order.

What is your return policy? We accept brand new, unwashed, packaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase for full refunds.

Should I create an account online? When you checkout you will have the option of creating an account on our website. If you do, you will be able to log in and check the status of your order.

Do you charge tax? We are located in Michigan. If you live in Michigan there will be tax added with your order during checkout.

We stand behind our products 100%. Should you have a defective product, please contact us. We will gladly replace or repair the product within 90 days from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

Normal wear and tear including fading and worn out fabric is not considered a defective product. Proper laundering of products is expected for warranty services.

Please contact with your warranty issues. 

Some items can be repaired free of charge beyond the warranty period. We are happy to repair any repairable products, but shipping is the concern of the customer if it is past the warranty period.
